INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer Free Insured & Tracked Shipping worldwide, so everyone can enjoy our beautiful products! Unfortunately, we cannot speed up international shipping, transit times, or the customs clearance process. Therefore, shipping times may occasionally extend slightly due to unpredictable delays, which are completely beyond our control.
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME:
- USA & Canada: 7 - 12 Business Days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10 - 14 Business Days
- Europe: 7 - 12 Business Days
- Rest of the World: 10 - 15 Business Days

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:
We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information provided by the customer. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation email. Please review your shipping details carefully upon checkout.
PACKAGES MARKED AS DELIVERED:
If an item is marked as successfully delivered by the domestic postal service in your country (e.g., USPS, Canada Post, etc.) to the correct address provided upon ordering, but you have not received it, you must contact your local post office directly. To eligible for a replacement, you must provide us with a formal affidavit or an official lost/stolen package report from your local postal service.Â
Please note that all replacements under this specific scenario are issued at the sole discretion of our customer support team, and we cannot issue monetary refunds for packages marked as successfully delivered by the carrier. IMPORT TAXES / REFUSAL OF PACKAGE:
We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees under any circumstances. If the package arrives in your destination country and:
1. The customer refuses to accept the package, or
2. No attempt is made by the customer to collect the package after delivery attempts.
We reserve the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be held responsible for any refunds or replacements.

JOVEA SHOP is proudly based in the United States. However, in order to offer our products at a much more affordable price and ensure efficient global distribution, some of our items are dispatched directly from our international fulfillment and logistics centers around the world.
